you can adjust the picture quality from high quality to low quality. For high quality, we recommend a 10Mbps network for seamless without buffering.

How can I change the picture quality?

You can adjust according to your network environment. In Quality, you can choose High / Normal / Low quality, high quality maybe up to 4K version

How to add to favorites?

1st Way:
Long press the “OK” button on your remote while highlighting the desired content. A white heart icon will appear when it has been successfully added to your Favorites. To remove it from Favorites, simply long press the “OK” button again.

2nd Way:
From the Home screen, go to the MENU page and select Favorites. You can then add your preferred content from the available list. To remove an item from Favorites, simply select it again.

vSeeBox How to pair the Bluetooth Remote?

Please visit the Bluetooth section: Home Screen settings row, System settings, and Bluetooth. Choose Pair new device.

To pair the Bluetooth remote, hold both [OK] and [VOL-] buttons until the red light flashes on the remote indicator. Now new device "vSeeBox Remoter" will show there, and connect it.
